We currently ship to all states within Malaysia & globally. International shipping is available through Pos Malaysia, where deliveries are subject to additional charges if required.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BY COMPLETING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES IMPOSED BY YOUR HOME COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL AND WE DO NOT IMPOSE THEM. IF SHIPMENTS ARE RETURNED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF DUTIES, THAT AMOUNT PLUS RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE. 

>Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

>Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery (West Malaysia): 3–5 business days
• Standard Delivery (East Malaysia): 5–8 business days
• Express Delivery: Available at additional cost.
• Express Mail Service: >(Europe): 3–6 business days & some places require 7-9  business days.
• Express mail service: (America): 0 business days
• Express Delivery: Available at additional cost
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free shipping may apply for orders above a specified amount (e.g., RM150).
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
